OUR STORY
Innovation Senior Living was formed in 2016 by CEO and Founder, Pilar Carvajal. She is focused on finding innovative ways to serve the middle income senior by bringing value-focused senior living to the market. Her start in senior living began in 2001, when she joined her mother in a national, mission-driven family business whose purpose was to create affordable assisted living environments.
Pilar’s mother provided a strong role model for her. Pilar was also empowered by her education at Smith College, where she was surrounded by like-minded women that wanted to change the world. We believe everyone should live a dignified life, regardless of social or economic background.
Today, Innovation Senior Living serves seniors across the State of Florida, specializing in adult day care, independent living and assisted living communities. Our vision is to make serving the middle market commonplace.
